We participated in three of your tours during our stay in Egypt: March 25, 2026: Alexandria Day Trip (Northern Egypt) March 27, 2026: Memphis, Saqqara (Step Pyramid), and Dahshur (Bent & Red Pyramids) Day Trip March 28–29, 2026: Black and White Desert 2D1N Trip (including lunch, dinner, and breakfast) We had the same driver for both the March 25 and 27 tours. However, our experience with the guides varied significantly. Regarding the March 25 Alexandria Trip: The female English-speaking guide was the worst we encountered among the five day-tours we took in Egypt. Not only was she rude when speaking to us, but she also unilaterally canceled our visit to the Library of Alexandria. At other sites, she would provide a brief 1–2 minute explanation and then spend the rest of the time sitting down or returning to the car to rest and wait, making no effort to assist us with photos. While the travel agency mentioned she had no prior complaints, we must emphasize that her service left us with a very negative memory of beautiful Alexandria. Regarding the March 27 Memphis, Saqqara, and Dahshur Trip: In contrast, the young male guide was exceptionally kind. He accompanied us throughout the day, provided detailed explanations, and was very helpful with taking photos. Regarding the March 28–29 Black and White Desert Trip: This 2D1N trip was truly spectacular. The unique desert landscapes were breathtaking, and camping, staying overnight, and dining in the desert was a rare and wonderful experience. This tour is undoubtedly a must-do highlight for anyone visiting Egypt! Thank you for your attention to these matters. We hope our feedback helps improve the quality of your future tours.
