Overall, this is an interesting tour with lots of sights. It moves at a brisk pace to accommodate the itinerary. Our tour leader was very knowledgeable but at times, the delivery of her knowledge was lost. Why? The ear buds that come with the hearing unit are of a very low quality and my companion and I both missed more than 50% of what was being said. For those of us used to using hearing aids, this transition to tinny, echoing sounds emitting from the headsets was very frustrating. I started obsessing with looking at what other tour groups were using and saw that other groups had what appeared to be higher quality ear buds. Our tour leader did an amazing job of translating between Spanish and English but again, not being able to hear clearly made those transitions a challenge as well. Hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts at each hotel were of superb quality and quantity. The provided dinner was adequate.Show more
