If we arrive days in advance of this tour are there certain rooms we should ask for at the Elk Country Inn? I also noticed you can cancel this tour if you do not have enough people to fill. Exactly, how many days notice prior to the tour do you give and do you refund all of the monies that were paid. I do not see any reviews of this tour and was wondering if this is the first snowmobile tour you are doing out of Jackson hole.

This tour does not have to have a minimum number of passengers to operate. It does include 5 nights of accommodations, hotel pick up for all accommodations, 5 breakfasts, and 2 lunches. It also includes 3 days of guided snowmobiling that provides some of the necessary gear such as winter suit, boots, helmet and fuel. The damage waiver fee and gratuities for meals, local guides and outfitters is included as well. If you make reservations at the Elk Country Inn just let them know you need to make reservations for your pre nights and want to stay in the same room for your package with Southwest Adventure Tours.
