  Dear Jaroslav, We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our services. However, I would like to clarify that we do not offer tours in German. Our tours are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, but not in German. You were part of a tour conducted in English, with an-English-speaking guide for English-speaking passengers. Although our tours can be bilingual and you might share the bus with Spanish-speaking passengers, you, as English-speaking passengers, have a guide who provides explanations only in English. Therefore, the information given is the same for both language groups. Regarding the number of passengers, we also want to point out that we do not offer small groups of 15-18 people. Our group sizes can vary depending on the tour's operational needs, but the size you mentioned is not part of what we offer.   Make sure you watch your hydration as there is NO toilet on the bus and the personal breaks are few and far between....
  Make sure you watch your hydration as there is NO toilet on the bus and the personal breaks are few and far between. Also do feel free to give those that are ALWAYS late, one chance then blast them as our guide was too weak to do the right thing and that was to leave them behind. Honestly these self important a-holes caused us to be rushed and late more often than not. And just to top it all off, the guide we had read from a script - we are talking zero local knowledge. All in all we made the best of a very poor experience, and know to never do this again.Show more

  Tour was excellent for all that was included. We enjoyed the free days at Edinburgh and London. We would have just liked a few more cultural experiences included and a bit longer at some of the stopping points. Rather than visiting small towns and browsing shops/spending more money, I would have preferred a cultural experience. The positives were that admission to almost all the attractions were included in the cost and there were no extra costs. The guides really did a great job to make everything (e.g., hotel check-ins) seamless for visitors so we can just go and relax after a long day. The hotels were great and breakfast quality was superb. We would definitely travel with Europamundo again, just look for a tour with less crammed in and a little more time at some of the places (or a few more cultural experiences included).Show more

  Great trip. That being said, we did feel that the 2nd half of the trip was a bit rushed. We had 3 different guides; Israel, our 1st for the London part of or tour ,was very good - knowledgeable and kept a good pace. Raquel took is from London to Edinburgh. She was delightful-so easy to understand and gave us lots of great suggestions. We loved the maps she had for us for each of our stops, with points of interest highlighted. Ignacio was or final guide, from Edinburgh until trip's end. He didn't seem to have much background for the area and had trouble on some occasions with finding the words in English. He seemed more concerned with the Spanish speaking group members. Overall it was a good experience for our first tour.Show more
