  Most amazing experience. From the tour guides to places seen and travelled to I cant fault. All the hotels were very nice except the Hotel in Denmark where the tv didnt work at all - told the staff but nothing was done to fix it. Other than that absolutely loved everything - thank you!Show more

  The tour guide at Copenhagen, Denmark they didn’t take us to the Little Mermaid spot which was included in the tour itinerary. That day was raining and even we requested to stop for few minutes to buy the umbrella as we even couldn’t hear the local guide. So sad to know that they don’t care about the tourist. Even, when we ask local guide where else we can go in the city after sightseeing, she said just Google it, I need to go. It’s so rude.Show more

The group typically makes a brief stop at the Little Mermaid monument, but due to the heavy rain that morning, it was not possible. The tour guide did search for a nearby store where passengers could purchase umbrellas, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one available, which was explained to the passengers. To avoid exposing the group to the adverse weather, they remained on the bus. Additionally, the guide explained that there was the option to continue with the next bus after the panoramic tour, allowing for more exploration of the city. However, some passengers, chose to explore independently during the free time. We appreciate your comments and will ensure they are taken into account for future tours. The hotel choices were all near the public transportation and great accommodations with nice breakfast. it would be perfect if people in the group were considerate . The Spanish group who dominated the tour were non stopping talking and laughings on the bus and was difficult to get a nap even the destination took hours .Show more

  Buyer beware. Communication and marketing was misleading. Tour guides were lacking factual information. Two issues really stand out: (1) The tour was really a Spanish language tour with English as an afterthought; (2) Most advertised highlights were drive by points - we never went inside the sites. Also, the selected hotels were in the middle of nowhere. It was so bad we discontinued the tour in Copenhagen and stayed in a hostel that was better than the Moxy hotel in amenities and location. Also, it was very misleading (as discussed with other participants) to find out Tourradar is a broker. From the start, all communication was poorly executed. Until the end, I lost all confidence. It was cheaper and better to use a big bus tour and stay in a hostel. I am referring to this trip as the “vacation from hell.” Never again!Show more
