Do you provide Transport?

Yes, transportation is fully included throughout the tour. All travel between cities and sightseeing stops is organized by comfortable, modern coaches (buses), ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience. Additionally, the tour includes guided visits and planned routes, so you won't need to worry about logistics during your journey.

What is the check-in time for the hotel room? Can we select our hotel upon arrival in Prague? Can our large party stay together in different rooms within the same hotel?

Hotels typically have standard check-in from around 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, although this may vary slightly depending on the property. If you arrive earlier, you can usually leave your luggage at reception until your room is ready. As for hotel selection in Prague, hotels are pre-assigned as part of the tour operation, so it is not possible to choose a specific hotel upon arrival. However, all hotels are carefully selected to meet quality and location standards. For your group accommodation, we will absolutely do our best to have your party stay in the same hotel, even if you are in separate rooms. While room assignments depend on availability, we can add a note to prioritize keeping your group together. Additionally, we can include any special requests in your booking to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience for your group.

If the price is reduced after I book the trip but before departure will you match the reduced price for me?

Prices for our adventures are confirmed at the time of booking. While we can't apply reductions after booking, any promotions available before you finalize your reservation can certainly be applied.

What time does the tour end on Sunday. Do you provide transportation to the airport?

Yes, on the last day, you have the flexibility to leave the hotel after breakfast or at any time you prefer. Please note that our adventure does not include the transfer to the airport. If you're interested in adding a departure transfer to your booking, we can certainly arrange that for an additional charge of 88.00 EUR per person.

We've traveled many countries overseas in the past, but this was our first experience with Group Tour for 9 days in a bus. There're a few things I wanted to post... (1) Language - We were the one of 3 other couples who are English speakers out of 60+ passengers in a bus. Guide Nikki spoke Spanish, we expected other guide Cezar who would interpret exactly as Nikki had spoken for 30min, unfortunately Cezar spoke only 3min. He apologized for being a new at the job and we understood, however it was poorly done. (2) Local guide Judith in Budapest was excellent in English. (3) Original brochure indicated 'One free dinner' that didn't happen. (4) The first night stay at Panorama Hotel - I slipped and fell in the shower tub that was very deep / slippery, but no Bathmat was provided. Receptionist finally brought a Bathmat at since I had mentioned about 'review of the hotel' after the 3rd request. (5) Moving to a different hotel every 2 nights can be hectic and understood how difficult the planning could be to organize all. We appreciated the 'hard work' of all the Staff members. Would we do this kind of group tour again? We might consider it if English is spoken mainly in the bus :)Show more

We really enjoyed our 9 day excursion through Tour Radar/Europamunda. At first, we were 2 of 8 people that were English speaking, in a bus with about 70 people. Our guide, spoke 3 languages (that all sounded the same), before he got to English. Once he spoke in English it sounded like he gave English 5 minutes and the other languages 1/2 hour. UNTIL we were told he was speaking Polish, Spanish and a 3rd language. Then we realized we were getting the same explanation (and the same time). Our guides were friendly, caring, and very communicative. Thank you.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
