  This was my first large group tour. Transport was to be provided from airport to hotel upon our arrival but because our flight was delayed, we were unable to contact the company, and we arrived several hours later than we expected they did not pick us up and we needed to arrange an Uber. Thankfully the employees at London,Heathrow were extremely helpful. The pace is quick, as far as time spent in each location. It does a great job of hitting the highlights. The bus was full most of the time as people may rotate in or out depending on what they had booked for their tour. People from all over the world: a few from US, India, Mexico, Columbia, and Australia. The tour gave us a great idea of what we would like to come back and see on our own.Show more

  I liked the pace of the tour, in my opinion, with each city and country we got highlights of what we were experiencing. The larger historical parts of each country we spent more time. My wife and I greatly enjoyed the balance of tour time verses free time. Our free time was ours to use to explore shops, restaurants and what we found beautiful in each location. This is the first time we have ever taken a tour on our vacation. I was a little bit resistant. But Tour Radar made it a wonderful experience. My wife and I are still saying to each other 12 days later "I'm still enjoying our vacation"Show more

  I will start with the great part - our tour guide Maria was wonderful. She was sweet, informative and attentive to our issues. Also our bus drivers Ben and Eddie were great. They actually interacted with the guests! This made it feel like a family. If you need an extra night I do not advise going thru the tour (just Uber to your new hotel). They charged me way more for the hotel than the going rate and very far from the airport. Once I found this out I asked if they could rebook me closer to the airport - before I even started the tour. Was told no cancelations! I called the hotel and there cxl policy is before 1pm day of. I asked how much for transportation to airport - They could set something up for over $200! This is on top of the overpriced hotel! I ended up getting an Uber on my own for 47 pounds.Show more

It is worth noting that, as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, we offer flexibility to our passengers. They can opt-out of different segments of each circuit. If point A is your starting city, another passenger can conclude their tour in the same city or use it as an interchange point to continue their tour to a different destination, therefore, due to logistical reasons, Many times passengers have to change coaches to be able to continue their journey.   Disappointed mainly with some of the guides having very poor English knowledge. We were disadvantaged by comparison to Spanish speakers. Did not tell much about the areas we travel, inadequate interpretation, guidance. Waste time for long breaks rather extending time to explore where we planned to visit, No wifi in buses and last bus even did not have phone charging facility. Too crowded in buses and too many heavy and extra bags which driver struggle to load. mostly 2 buses travelling together. So even our group was punctual, wasted 20-30 min due to few late from other bus which was unfare for us so came late to visit places we planned to visit. Did few tours with You but nothing change and UK & Ireland trip was the worse. once we arrived to the hotel so late and no facilities for dining. We struggle to find a place. Not informed to us before. Itienary was changing so do not pay what says at the beginning of booking. Not picking up from Apartments, Close Underground station etc until you book extra nights in hotel using there ones, missed 2 airport pick ups as we booked our own not knowing whicg hotel we may stat until to the last day or before we get to the hotel. Price may be cheap but considering extra meal expenses, taxi, lack of good English speaking guides for the job, facilities in bus, lack of companionship due to multiple changes in passengers, too crowded buses etc worth pay better organised ( one group) tours so we have much better comfort, making friendships, avoid chaos as most fighting for better seats due to no seat rotations in the bus.Show more

  I would like to concluded my overall touring experience in England, Scotland and Ireland which taken placed in the month Oct 2023 with Europamundo. Itinerary The itinerary is full with excitement plus 2 optional excursion as stated in website. However, it is quite of disappointment that the 2 optional excursion does not actually taken place, seem more like the invitation to treat before we sign up with the tour. Hotel The hotel room is clean and comfortable. I have booked twin bed room through out the tour, there was 3 nights I was offered with double bedroom. There was clear miscommunication with tour operator, Europamandu and hotel. Both blaming each other and issue does not solved. Tour leader and tour guide. I cannot under how the system work. Occasionally, we have tour leader and tour guide come together in the coach . The tour guide have better English, he gave good explanation and informative facts on the surrounding at the places such as London, Edinburgh and Dublin. Other than that, we were leaded by poor English speaking tour guide throughout. I know the tour guide have passed her English exam, but the lacking of English vocabulary making it hard to understand what she trying to said. As the result, her messages was constipated inside her throat, what we heard was...beautiful, beautiful....beautiful, cathdearal catherarl....for many days. Duty of care of tour guide / tour leader. We was dropped in the rain at Westminster London in the afternoon. The tour guide does not explained to us where to take cover, where to go to nearest underground , how to take undergound etc. Bear in mind, the tour operator cancelled the optional tour to Windsor castle and left the disappointing customer like usShow more

Moreover, we´ve compiled some valuable "Tips" on your "My Trip" portal, providing information on where to dine, shop, discover tourist hotspots, hidden gems, and more. This resource helps you plan your free time when not on a guided tour, enabling you to make the most of your experience. It´s important to note that guides are unable to accompany passengers during their free time (as indicated on their itinerary) due to a lack of necessary authority from local governments to conduct tours in cities during "Free time." furthermore, as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo do not guarantee double bed bedrooms in all hotels, it may happen that the only possible option is two twin beds.   Late to start - not able to actually visit York cathedral due to late start. Won’t be able to visit Durham cathedral or castle as tour operators don’t seem to know when historical sites mentioned in their itinerary are open to public (very easy to find the sites and ensure tour gets to site). This is incredibly disappointing because the itinerary says there will be time at the sites, not just driving by them. Feeling like I have been deceived by the tour so far.Show more

Although the guides do their best to adhere to the original timing, various external factors such as traffic jams, delayed passengers, etc., can affect the flow of the tour and cause slight delays. As transparency is of utmost importance to us, we have provided comprehensive itineraries detailing the distance between each point, the approximate duration of each ride between each city, the approximate arrival/departure time to/from each city, guided tours and free time, etc. The visit to the cathedrals in Durham and York is not included and passengers can visit these monuments during their free time on their own. Due to operational complications, we are unable to modify the itinerary to arrive earlier before the closure time of these monuments. Please note that the working hours of each monument (when the visit is not included) are available on their website, and passengers need to be attentive to this information while reviewing the timeline of their itinerary.
