Itinerary
- Day 1
Zagreb
You'll arrive in Zagreb and check into your hotel. The city's known for its Austro-Hungarian buildings, lively cafe scene, and green squares throughout. If you get there early, take some time to wander around and get a feel for the place. Your welcome briefing happens tomorrow during travel, so today's about settling in and exploring on your own terms.

- Day 2
Zagreb to Zadar
Start with a guided walk through Zagreb's cobblestone streets, hitting the markets and historic spots along the way. After that, you'll drive out to Rastoke to see waterfalls flowing between old wooden watermills, then head to Plitvice Lakes National Park for a three-hour guided walk on wooden boardwalks. You'll pass through karst landscape with 16 terraced lakes and waterfalls. By evening, drive to Zadar on the Adriatic coast and have your welcome dinner there.

- Day 3
Zadar to Split
A guide takes you through Zadar to see the Roman forums, Venetian gates, and modern architecture, including St Donatus' Church and the musical Sea Organ. Later you'll travel to Krka National Park for a boat ride and a roughly two-hour guided walk on wooden walkways past lakes, cascades, and travertine pools. Then continue south along the Dalmatian coast to Salona near Split, which becomes your base for the next several nights.

- Day 4
Split
Begin with a guided tour of Split's historic center, focusing on Diocletian's Palace, an impressive fourth-century Roman retirement villa. From there, drive inland to Stella Croatica, a family-run estate, where you'll taste olive oils and handmade sweets in a botanical garden. Next stop is Trogir, a UNESCO-listed medieval town on an island with Venetian palaces and narrow alleys. You'll head back to Split in the early evening.

Split

Split to Dubrovnik
Drive south along the scenic Dalmatian coast to the Pelje\u0161ac Peninsula, where oyster farming, wine, and salt production are big parts of the culture. Explore the medieval town of Ston and visit the historic Ston Saltworks to learn about salt harvesting methods that go back 4,000 years. Take a boat ride on Mali Ston Bay to sample fresh oysters with an expert. Later, enjoy a food and wine pairing at a winery with Mediterranean dishes matched to four local wines, plus a cellar tour. Then drive to Dubrovnik for the evening.
