Julia was amazing! She went ahead of us to make sure things were set up, it we showed up somewhere and the service was poor, she jumped right in to help make it excellent. I have diabetes, am an insulin pump wearer and have celiacs, so I can't eat gluten. I had scary incidents a few days of the trip on the trail and she stayed with me until I was better and checked in on me often, while still attending to the needs of the other tour members. She arranged in advance for their to be gluten free bard so myself and others on the tour that can't eat gluten always had something to eat. She was full of boundless energy and optimism and helped us all on the days it was a little tough. She is an exceptional guide and really the crown jewel of your operation.Show more
