Albanias castles, Kosovos Ottoman towns, Macedonias lakes and Greeces monasteries it felt like four trips in one. Our days started around 8:30 and the guide gave a quick “what to wear/bring” heads-up the night before (very helpful for Meteora’s dress code). Hotels were mostly central, Ohrid was two minutes from the lake, Prizren had mountain views. Loved the ferry on Koman Lake and coffee with locals in Berat.
