Itinerary
- Day 1
Tunis - Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Gammarth
You'll get a warm welcome and then head into Carthage to check out the UNESCO-listed Roman ruins and historic sites. From there, take a stroll through Sidi Bou Said where you can see the blue and white architecture and Mediterranean views. The day ends with an overnight stay in Gammarth, a quieter seaside town.

- Day 2
Tunis - Nabeul - Hammamet
Start in the morning walking through the UNESCO-listed Medina of Tunis, wandering the narrow streets and checking out the ancient architecture. You'll have lunch with a local chef to try authentic regional flavors. In the afternoon, head to Nabeul and relax at a café in the Hammamet medina where you can see the Borj fortress. There's also an optional harissa workshop if you want to learn about this hot sauce from local experts.

El Jem - Matmata - Toujene - Ksar Hadada
After breakfast, head to El Jem amphitheater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that gives you a real sense of ancient times. Then go to Matmata to see the troglodyte houses and the Tamezret Museum. Later you'll reach Toujene to experience the village's cultural heritage, followed by Ksar Hadada, a location used in Star Wars filming. The day wraps up with dinner and an overnight stay at Domaine Oued el Khil Hotel.

Ksar Ghilane - Douz - Tembaine - Abdelmoula Camp
After breakfast, drive to Ksar Ghilane oasis, a peaceful desert spot with palm trees and calm pools. Continue on to Douz, which is called the Gateway to the Sahara, where you'll have complimentary lunch at a local restaurant. Then it's a three hour drive over gravel roads and sand dunes to Tembaine, finishing at Abdelmoula Camp in the Sahara. You'll sit by a campfire in the evening, then have dinner and stay overnight in the camp tents.

Tembaine - Chott Jerid - Douz - Tozeur
Start with an off-road desert experience in Tembaine, driving through sand dunes and the vast landscape. Head to Chott Jerid to photograph the enormous salt lake with its reflections and surreal look. After that, walk through the bustling Douz souk where you can find traditional crafts, spices, and souvenirs from local vendors. Drive to Tozeur by evening, check in, and have dinner.

After breakfast, drive to the mountain oases of Chebika to see the natural landscape. Continue to Canyon des Mides with its dramatic cliffs and varied terrain. Visit Ong Jemal, a desert town known for Star Wars filming, then go to the Lars Homestead, another Star Wars location, to watch the sunset. Return to Tozeur for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tozeur - Kairouan - Hammamet
Have breakfast before heading to Kairouan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can explore the historic medina and see the Great Mosque of Okba's architecture. Lunch is at Dar Abdelrahman Zarrouk Restaurant with personalized service, then you'll visit a traditional pastry shop to learn how they make Makroudh, a date and honey pastry. Later you'll head back to Hammamet for a free dinner and relaxing overnight stay.
