- Day 1
Palma
You'll arrive in Palma at your own pace and check into the Born boutique hotel from 3 PM. At 5 PM, meet your tour guide for a walk through the old town, where you'll navigate narrow streets with Arab heritage running beneath them. The cathedral dominates this area, and you'll peek into hidden palace courtyards tucked between buildings. Dinner comes at a traditional Mallorcan restaurant, so you'll end the day with local food and a feel for the city's layout.

- Day 2
Palma to Montuiri - Sineu
Get on your bike and head through the Pla, Mallorca's rural interior. You'll cycle roughly 65 km across grain, olive, and almond farmland, stopping at Randa Monastery sitting on top of a 542-meter mountain with views across the island. After that, continue to Montesion monastery near Porreres and grab lunch in the rural town's square. The rest of the day involves cycling through the island's center back to your finca hotel, where dinner is waiting.

Montuiri - Sineu to Petra
Today's a lighter 47 km cycle along old country lanes called camis that connect traditional farming villages. You'll pass through Sineu in the island's center, then head to Petra to see the birthplace of Fra Junipero Serra, the founder of San Francisco. Vibrant farm villages with Mediterranean crops line the route, and you'll tour Els Calderóls, an aristocratic manor that shows how wealthy landowners lived back then. The evening is yours to wander the town on your own.

Petra to Binibona
Another easy 50 km ride today, this time along the south side of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains, which are a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. The wine village of Binissalem comes early, followed by Caimari with its silvery-leafed olive trees. As you move toward the mountains, fruit and almond trees gradually fade. You'll finish in Binibona, a secluded mountain valley hamlet where your finca hotel sits, and dinner comes with countryside views.

Binibona to Soller via Lluch Monastery
You're cycling 51 km today in the opposite direction toward the dramatic northern mountains and coast. An ancient cami through pine forest leads to Lluch Monastery, a centuries-old pilgrimage site built from natural stone with a venerated Madonna statue and a romantic Calvary. After lunch, you'll descend on a route with sea views down to a Roman double-arched bridge, then explore Pollensa's narrow streets, galleries, and cafés. The ride back takes you through vineyards to your hotel.

Binibona to Binibona via Formentor
A bigger 60 km cycle starts today through karstified wild rocks and deep gorges, with cone-shaped Puig Maria mountain shifting the landscape into a Mediterranean garden. You'll ride to Puerto de Pollença, then hop a bus to Cap de Formentor for one of the island's most dramatic cliff views where the sea crashes against steep vertical rocks. In the afternoon, cycle along the coast to Alcudia with its old town walls and Roman ruins. Return through the Parc Natural de S'Albufera wetland on scenic camis.

Binibona to Soller via Fornalutx and Déya
Start with a scenic bus ride through high, wild mountains to a viewpoint, then switch to bikes for a downhill run to Fornalutx, one of Mallorca's most beautiful villages with stepped alleyways and photo opportunities. You'll finish cycling in Soller, and the afternoon is free. An optional hike to Déya, an artists' village, takes you through Mediterranean forest with sea views, past bougainvillea gardens and a peaceful cemetery with tall pines. Your final night is at Soller's Grand Hotel with a farewell dinner.
