Itinerary
- Day 1
Alta Pusteria
You'll arrive individually at your hotel in Alta Pusteria and get settled in. There's free public parking available nearby if you're driving, so you can leave your car and focus on the cycling adventure ahead. This gives you time to unpack, check the bike setup, and rest up before hitting the road tomorrow.
- Day 2
Toblach to Cortina d'Ampezzo
Start cycling from Toblach/Niederdorf and head through the Sexten valley into the Dolomites. You'll cross the Kreuzberg Pass moving from South Tyrol into Belluno province, then continue through Padola. After that, you'll tackle two more mountain passes (Passo San Antonio and Passo Tre Croci) before reaching Cortina d'Ampezzo. A longer route via Calalzo di Cadore is an option if you want extra distance.

- Day 3
Cortina d'Ampezzo to Belluno
Leave Cortina d'Ampezzo in the morning and cycle past the Tofane and Cinque Torri rock formations. You'll then head to the famous Passo Giau, one of the Dolomites' signature climbs. From there, go through Selva di Cadore with its dramatic mountain views before descending into Belluno for the evening.

Belluno to Feltre
Head out from Belluno toward the Valdobbiadene prosecco region. You'll climb Passo San Boldo and then descend into the Italian lowlands as the landscape changes. By evening, you'll reach Feltre after a day that shifts from high mountain terrain to gentler slopes.

Feltre to Plains
Cycle up Monte Grappa, the last major hill on this route. This area holds World War I history - Austria-Hungary and Italy fought intensely over the mountain. After conquering it, you'll continue toward the lowlands as the terrain gradually flattens out beneath you.

- Day 6
Alps to Treviso
Leave the Alps behind and cycle through an area dotted with villas designed by the architect Palladio. Stop in the charming town of Asolo for a break, then continue to Valdobbiadene and follow the wine route through Vittorio Veneto toward Treviso. This city sits on waterways and serves as a major fashion hub - Benetton and numerous shoe manufacturers have headquarters here. You'll find arcaded streets with shops worth exploring.

Treviso to Venice
Ride along the River Sile as it guides you toward your final destination. You'll cycle into Venice, the lagoon city and the endpoint of this road bike journey through Northern Italy. The route takes you right to this unique floating city to finish your tour.

Venice
This is your individual departure day from Venice. You can take your time leaving the city and heading home, ending your cycling adventure through the Italian Alps and lowlands.
