  Hotel was in good location for outsourcing other trips, grabs like ubers and many restaurants. Most trips were good. The Lego land was substituted for crab island but not much was talked about during the trip. It was unclear what this was about. Overall, trip was good but batu caves was repeated 3 times. More could have been added here.Show more

Day 6: Guests will have a quick photo opportunity at the Batu Caves. We have also added an option for Day 5 and Day 6: if any guest would like a different or extended experience at the Batu Caves, they can reach out to us, and we will provide tailored suggestions.   The tours each day were varied and interesting and the guides were all knowledgeable and helpful particularly Stephen and Charlie. The admin team were great and dealt with any issues effectively and communications were helpful with admin and drivers providing name , numberplate and timings every trip. The hotel was clean but not 4 star, the breakfasts were only indian choices or toast and cereal, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful plus the hotel was out the way and hard for drivers to park.Show more

  We had booked this tour hardly a week before the trip and had requested the tour operator to customize it for us. They were really professional and quick in their responses and gave us a well planned and well executed tour of 11 days. We were a family of 3 and it was our first time in Malaysia. We visited Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Selangor, Melaka, Batu Caves, Genting highlands, Cameron Highlands, Penang and Langkawi with a quick stop in Ipoh. The tour was very well planned and everything was smoothly organized as a private tour. Mr. Selva our guide for the first 7 days was very friendly and knowledgeable. He liked to discuss a lot about Malaysian people, history, culture and food and gave good insights. All the activities were well enjoyable. Some of the places entry tickets were not included for activities which could have been better managed but overall the experience was really good. Would highly recommend the tour.Show more
