After landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you'll get transferred to your hotel in the city center. The afternoon is when things get interesting—you'll join a guided food tour through Ho Chi Minh City's street food scene. From there, make your way to Cholon's Chinatown where you'll check out Thien Hau Pagoda and browse Binh Tay Market. Later in the afternoon, visit the War Remnants Museum, and wrap things up at Ben Thanh Market where you can pick up local goods and souvenirs.

Can Tho
You'll leave Ho Chi Minh City and head toward the Mekong Delta. Once there, you board a boat and cruise along the river, stopping at local workshops where craftspeople show you traditional brick-making, coconut processing, and mat weaving. After that, take a quiet bicycle ride through a village, then continue to Can Tho. Check in at your hotel and spend the evening however you like.

Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City
Start before sunrise for a boat trip to Cai Rang Floating Market—it's the best time to see daily life on the water and watch traders selling produce and goods from their boats. Next, visit a local rice mill and noodle-making workshop to see how traditional food gets made. You'll head back to your hotel to pack and rest for a bit. In the afternoon, transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure.
