As per my understanding, the stay arrangement is 1 night in Helsinki and 5 nights in Rovaniemi, although the itinerary mentions Ranua from Day 3 onwards. Could you please confirm the actual base locations for the trip?

We have a family interested in a Finland Lapland tour, consisting of two parents and their three children, aged 23, 20, and 17. Could you please provide more information on the tour itinerary, inclusions, and types of accommodation used? Additionally, we would like to inquire if it's possible to arrange a triple room for the children and a double room for the parents.

The Accommodation used on this tour is: Hotels (4 nts), overnight train (1 nt) Meals Included - 5 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner Transport- Overnight train, private transport, walking Your Welcome Moment:Meet Your CEO and Group. CEO-led orientation walk in Helsinki. Huereka Science Centre visit. Santa Claus Village visit. Aurora Borealis Picnic. Husky experience and sleigh ride. Northern Reindeer experience and safari. Dark sky hunt for the Northern Lights. Free time in Ranua. All transport between destinations and to/from included activities Triple rooms can only be requested if there is a minor on tour, if your 17 year old will be 18 at the time the tour starts they will no longer be minor. Our tours are based on twin share rooming. Since you have an odd number of travellers in your party, someone would be either need to share with another solo traveller of the same gender on the tour free of charge or add a single room at an additional cost

Is there any possibility that this tour could be operated in Spanish for Latin American clients? Can it be arranged?
