Itinerary
- Day 1
Perth to Albany
You'll drive from Perth down to Albany, stopping for morning tea and lunch at spots along the way. Once there, head out for a short walk around Princess Royal Harbour at the Southern Terminus to get a sense of what the Bibbulmun Track will feel like. After that, settle into your accommodation at Cosy Corner for the night.

Torndirrup National Park to Wind Farms
Start hiking through Torndirrup National Park near the coast, keeping an eye out for orchids scattered along the sandy track as you make your way toward the ridge. You'll get nice views back over Albany from up there. After lunch, continue on toward the wind farms and walk right up near those towering turbines while learning about the area's past.

Bibbulmun Track to Coastal Bay
Head west along the Bibbulmun Track from the wind turbines with broad coastal views the whole way. Wildflowers line this section and tend to put on quite a display. Your hike ends at a coastal bay where you can see Shelter Island, and there's time for a swim or just to wade in the water.

Torbay Inlet to Shelly Beach
Begin with a beach walk, crossing Torbay Inlet on foot before heading to Cosy Corner for morning tea. From there, you'll walk through different kinds of terrain - quiet tree-lined areas, granite outcrops with wildflowers dotting them, and paths with panoramic coastal views. The walk finishes at Shelly Beach where you might spot hang gliders riding the thermals above the white sand.

West Cape Howe National Park to Lowlands Beach
Hike into West Cape Howe National Park, starting with a short uphill section and stairs. The walk itself is easy and scenic, taking you through wildflowers and past the West Cape Howe campsite. Then you'll head downhill to reach Lowlands Beach where you can take a dip or just relax and take in the views.

Lowlands to Wilson Inlet
You'll get both coastal and inland scenery on this hike from Lowlands to Eden Road. The route passes through Nullaki campsite and continues on to the peaceful Wilson Inlet. Your hike wraps up in a quiet grove right alongside the inlet, which is a good spot to reflect on finishing the week on the Bibbulmun Track.

Albany to Perth
Before driving back to Perth, you can either take a short walk around Mt Clarence or make a quick stop at the Sandalwood factory in Mt Baker if you prefer. Grab lunch at Williams Woolshed on your way back, and you'll be in Perth by evening to finish your trip.
