She got us setup with add ons and made sure we got to do everything we wanted. She gave excellent day sheets so we could plan ahead and always was thinking 2 steps ahead of what our needs would be. I have been on many group trips and Rhi is the most organized, efficient and detail oriented trip manager I have had the pleasure of traveling with. My favorite part is how Rhi not only knows what her travelers need to know about an area; she has personal connections with the people she works with and meets. They respect her and she respects them.
