My wife and I are interested in a senior's tour of Italy. Nothing too strenuous (Level 1 or 2). Prefer high-end tour. Suggestions?

We prefer a low level of exertion as my wife cannot walk long distances. A Level 1 tour is preferred. Business class or above travel and superior accommodations. We don't mind paying for a great experience.
