You'll land in Honolulu and get greeted with a flower lei from your Travel Director, which sets the tone nicely for your arrival. This evening head to Waikiki Beach with the group for dinner to start things off.

Oahu
Start at Diamond Head for photos, then drive along the scenic coast to the North Shore to see the big waves. You can either head back to Waikiki along the windward side or take an optional trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center to watch artisans doing traditional crafts and performances.

Honolulu
Pay your respects at Pearl Harbor National Memorial and the USS Arizona Memorial, then head to Punchbowl Crater for the cemetery. After that, walk through downtown Honolulu to see Iolani Palace, the King Kamehameha I Statue, and the State Capitol Building. Spend the evening back at your hotel near Waikiki or taking a walk along the shore.

Honolulu to Kona
Fly to the Big Island and land in Hilo. Have lunch on your own (loco moco is a good local choice). Visit Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to learn about how the islands formed, then drive to Punalu'u Beach Park to see the black sand and watch the green sea turtles. Check into the Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa with its big fantasy pool and water slide.

Later head to a coffee plantation to see how some of the world's best coffee gets grown and roasted.

End the day at Allerton & McBryde Botanical Garden looking at rare native Hawaiian ferns and plants.
