Bangkok
You'll land at Bangkok International Airport where someone from the tour meets you for the transfer to your hotel. From there, the day opens up for you to do what you'd like. Consider getting a traditional Thai massage, trying some local food, or heading to one of the rooftop bars to catch the sunset.

- Day 2
Bangkok
Three major Buddhist temples are on today's agenda. Start at Wat Traimit to see the Golden Buddha, which stands 3 metres tall and weighs 5.5 tonnes of solid gold. From there you'll walk through Chinatown to reach Wat Pho with its iconic 46-metre Reclining Buddha. After that, the Grand Palace is next, an ancient royal court with multiple palaces built for different occasions and home to the Emerald Buddha temple. The day wraps up with a stop at a local lapidary factory.

Bangkok - Maeklong Railway Market - Damnern Saduak Floating Market
After breakfast, you're heading to Maeklong Railway Market where the real spectacle happens as vendors quickly pack up their stalls when trains roll through. Next comes Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where merchants in colourful clothing paddle canoes loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables through the canals. It's crowded and lively, great for seeing local commerce and finding bargains before heading back to Bangkok.

Bangkok to Chiang Mai
Breakfast comes first, then you'll transfer to Bangkok Airport for your domestic flight to Chiang Mai (not included in the tour). Once you land, an unescorted transfer takes you to the hotel. At 1:30 pm the guided temple tour starts around the old town. You'll check out Wat Suan Dok with its 48-metre-high chedi overlooking the Royal Cemetery, then walk through the large Wat Phra Sing complex. Wat Chedi Luang from the 14th century is next in the city centre, followed by nearby Wat Chet Yot and Wat Chiang Man with its elephant sculptures.

- Day 5
Chiang Mai
After hotel breakfast, you're heading up to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep for panoramic views across Chiang Mai. You can climb the 309-step naga staircase or take the cable car to reach it. Once there, spend time looking around the temple's structures. Later, walk through the busy Wararot Market and its flower section. Evening brings a khan toke dinner, a traditional northern Thai feast served with cultural performances rooted in the historic Lanna kingdom.

- Day 6
Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai
After breakfast, head to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary for an ethical experience centred on elephant care, conservation, and observation. You'll learn about the sanctuary's work while watching elephants in natural surroundings. Following lunch, the drive continues through Doi Saket with a stop at Wat Rong Khun, the White Temple built in the 1990s with its distinctive all-white exterior decorated with mirror pieces. You'll arrive in Chiang Rai by afternoon.

- Day 7
Chiang Rai to Golden Triangle
Breakfast done, you're heading to Chiang Saen for views of the Golden Triangle where Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand meet at the Mekong River. A 30-minute boat ride takes you through the Golden Triangle. Lunch at a local restaurant comes next before dropping at Chiang Rai Airport around 2:00 pm. You'll fly to Bangkok and connect to Phuket (flights not included). A tour representative meets you in Phuket and transfers you to the hotel. The evening is free for exploring Phuket's streets, checking out handicrafts, food spots, and entertainment options.
