Overall, the tour was very good. From the time I booked, I was kept up to date with details of the tour. The hotels, the tour guides, transport was excellent. However, the only problem I experienced on both my tours was on Day two, which the the city tour. On both occasions I would have missed the tour because of poor communication. On my first trip I was not picked up from the hotel as I was supposed to. In Madrid I was told where the pick-up point was. I did not know who to meet and I had to ask people around me if they were in my group. Besides Day two, everything else was perfect.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
