Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the airport transfer on Day 3. While the driver was unfortunately delayed, we are relieved that the transfer was still provided in time and that you were able to catch your flight to Palawan. Regarding the Underground River tour scheduled on 27 December 2025, this was cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions for safety reasons. As advised, a refund was offered and processed for all affected guests. We would like to reassure you that your refund is currently being handled through TourRadar, and while processing times may vary, it is already underway. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Vio Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vio Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
