14 Day the Philippines Itinerary, incl. Manila and Coron
This extensive 14-day tour reaches 5 major destinations: Manila, Puerto Princesa's UNESCO Underground River, Port Barton's turtle sanctuaries, El Nido's limestone cliffs, and Coron's crystal lakes. Private island camping, cultural immersion, and local guides enhance the experience.

- Days 1-2
Manila to Puerto Princesa
Your journey starts with a dinner at a rooftop restaurant in Manila overlooking the city lights. Next morning you'll fly to Puerto Princesa in Palawan. Remember to pack light as domestic flights have strict luggage limits. One traveler advises: "The domestic flight luggage limit is strict, so pack light in a carrier rather than a suitcase."

- Days 3-5
Port Barton & Beach Camping
Visit the UNESCO Underground River early in the morning before a 3-hour drive to Port Barton. You'll spend two nights experiencing authentic island life with snorkeling trips to see turtles and coral reefs. Sleep under the stars at a beach camping site. "Watching shooting stars from our beachfront tents was magical," a traveler recalls. Visit a local school and spend time with students - bringing school supplies is a nice way to give back to the community.

- Days 6-9
El Nido
A 4-hour drive takes you to El Nido where you'll spend your days island hopping in the Bacuit Archipelago. Learn traditional skills like coconut climbing and try your hand at Filipino cooking. You can also try the island-to-island zipline for PHP500. Book your activities in the afternoon since morning weather can be unpredictable.

- Days 10-14
Coron
Take the fast ferry to Coron but bring motion sickness pills if you need them. Explore the Twin Lagoon and go snorkeling at WWII shipwrecks. "The Coron extension was worth every penny - the clearest lakes and best snorkeling of the whole trip," shares one traveler. Camp overnight on Pass Island and fill your last days with scuba diving or hiking Mount Tapyas.

14 Days in Philippines, incl. Manila and Boracay
This 14-day trip covers 6 destinations including Manila, Sagada, Banaue, Baguio, Boracay, and Cebu City with private air-conditioned transport. You'll hike through Sumaguing Cave and see Lapu-Lapu Monument in Mactan, with economy flights from Manila to Boracay and Cebu plus daily breakfast included.

- Days 1-2
Manila
Begin your journey in the capital by exploring Intramuros, the historic walled city. Visit Fort Santiago early at 8 AM to avoid the midday heat. The weather is hot and humid, so bring light clothes and an umbrella. Plan to see the American Cemetery in late afternoon when it's cooler and the lighting is perfect for photos.

- Days 3-4
Baguio
- Day 5
Sagada
- Days 6-7
Banaue
- Days 8-9

A recent visitor shared: "Skip the crowds at White Beach and head to Diniwid Beach instead – same beautiful water but much more peaceful."

What people love about 2-week Philippines tours
- West Philippines Classic 14 Day - One Life Adventures
The tour was absolutely amazing and I met the most incredible people. Was a perfect mix of activities and some rest time. Everyday was pretty jam packed which I loved, and all the transfers were smooth with no delays. I travelled with a group of 18 other females and everyone I met was lovely, ranging from ages of 19-36. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough. From start to finish the communication was excellent, and having all the transfers, including from Manila airport and to the airport on our last day took a huge amount of stress off organising those logistics. Most of this was down to our tour guide Sheena. She spent time chatting to all of us, asking our opinions on any options that were available, organising group dinners and drinks so we could all get to know one another and generally making sure we had the best time possible. Sheena also met me at the airport when I arrived in Manila, again taking the stress out of navigating a new city, and helped with check in etc. Sheena also recommended loads of different things to do and places to eat on down days, which was great. I would happily book a One Life group trip again ahead of other group travel companies, and most of that comes down to the amount of activities and meals included, and how brilliant Sheena was.
- Wanderlands Philippines - 12 Days
Really amazing tour! You get to see a lot in a short time but also have time to relax at the beach. Our guide was awesome and swimming with the whale sharks was the highlight.
- 13 Days Philippines Explorer with Boracay (Independent Tour)
The overall experience was really good and the places we visited were beautiful. I enjoyed all activities included in the tour. The transport between the various locations/activities/airport/hotels were all timely - all the local providers have been very professional. The main area of improvement is around the accommodation. Boracay - Red Coconut The location is great and close to all amenities. The hotel was clean and staff welcoming. However, the hotel is surrounded by bars which play music until 2am, so that is the earliest you can think about going to bed, which is really not that great. I would recommend finding another alternative in a quieter part of the island, even if it is a bit more expensive. I doubt people will complain about having a decent night's sleep. Cebu - Red Planet The hotel was not great at all, the room was so small that we had to block the entrance in the room, as that was the only space that allowed us to open the luggage. Location was ok. A better hotel alternative should be found. Manila - Lub di Makati Whilst we had our private bathroom and the room was good, I was surprised that the accommodation was a hostel rather than a hotel. We were on the 11th floor but the room was noisy. Breakfast was included but it was below decent. Puerto Princesa The hotel had bad reviews on Booking.com. No wi-fi in rooms, you had to be close to reception area to catch some signal. Our room was ok, no particular issues found for the one night that we stayed there, despite the bad reviews. Location not great, closest restaurant was 20min walk away, although tuk-tuks are available for a cheap fee. El Nido Great location and the quality of the hotel was very good. Noisy room, due to proximity to bars and traffic. Coron Best hotel we stayed at during our holiday in the Philippines. Quiet rooms which allow guests to rest. It is c45min walk away from the restaurants but the tuk-tuk is cheap so getting there is not necessarily an issue. Although location is not ideal, it does allow guests to enjoy their time in a quite place, without the buzzing traffic and loud music. Probably the only hotel which does not need an upgrade. Overall, I would suggest investing in better hotels and provide travelers with an option to upgrade for an additional fee.
