    Asked on March 11th, 2026

What time do we have to arrive on the 4th April? I was planning for my flight to arrive at 10:30am on the 4th, but I read that the first day includes going to Palawan.

    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • ContikiOperatorWritten March 2026

The trip will be starting around 8:00am on 4 April, due to flight schedules between Manila and Puerto Princesa on Day 1 of the tour. With this timing, a 10:30am arrival into Manila would unfortunately be too late to join the group departure to Palawan. We recommend planning to arrive in Manila the day before to ensure you can meet the group on time.

Please be advised that Contiki tours have an age restriction, requiring guests to be between 18-35 years old to participate.

      TravelerWritten March 2026

What time would we have to be in Manila by for the tour starting on the 4th April? I'm deciding what flights to get

    • ContikiOperatorWritten March 2026

Since the tour on April 4 begins around 8:00 AM in Manila, if you plan to arrive the same day, we recommend booking a flight that lands no later than 5:00 AM. This will give you enough time to clear immigration, collect your luggage, transfer to the meeting point, and settle in before departure.

That said, because early-morning arrivals can be tiring and delays are always possible, a pre-night stay is the more comfortable and reliable option.

How do you apply previous tour 5% discount on these trips?

    Payments
    • ContikiOperatorWritten October 2024

Yes, we can still apply your 5% past traveler discount to a new booking even if you have a TourRadar credit.

      Alicia

      TravelerWritten October 2024

I'm struggling to see the discount apply though and only the credit seems to work?

    • ContikiOperatorWritten October 2024

You may check the applied discount in the breakdown on the left-hand side of your screen. It is typically named as a Past Travelers Discount.

      TravelerWritten October 2024

I've filled it in with the booking ref from my old tour but the discount still doesn't apply alongside the credit. Am i doing something wrong?

    • ContikiOperatorWritten October 2024

The 5% discount will not yet be applied until we create your booking. You can continue with booking this trip, and we will apply the discount once you are done.

We are 2 elderly couples, in our mid 60's, looking for a trip of fun and adventure, island hoping in the Philippines and like the look of your 13 days tour. Can you please give me details of the accommodation and how would we get back from Coron to Manila? Also, do you have any other trips or could you arrange a trip for us?
