Itinerary
- Day 1
Monrovia
Start your day with a walking tour through Monrovia's historic areas, beginning at the Centennial Pavilion. From there, you'll head to the Ducor Palace Hotel ruins and then see the Masonic Temple, each stop offering a different piece of the city's past. Grab lunch somewhere in the area before making your way to Providence Island for the afternoon. Later, you'll board a boat for an evening dinner cruise along the Mesurado River where grilled fish and sunset views make for a nice end to the day.

Next comes a cooking session where you'll learn how to prepare either Liberian pepper soup or jollof rice from someone who knows the local techniques. You'll then sit down and eat what you've made before transferring to your next destination or heading to the airport.
