Rome was very different we didn't get the same excellent organization experience. The trip to Our Lady of Good counsel was cancelled the very last minute and your response to some of the reports from the pilgrims were not good. But over all the pilgrimage was excellent. Seeing how Mother Mary affected the cities were truly amazing. I wished we had more time in Rome to leisurely stroll through St. Peter Basilica. The audience with Pope Leo was an especially wonderful and an unexpected surprise. The accommodations and food at all the hotels were very good. The only thing I did not like were the long walks to the busses in Rome especially the one from the terminal. - AJane Pauls· November 7th, 2025This was a custom tour. We saw visited 8 out of 10 things recommended on trip advisor. My favorites were the saints and Chopin. Auschwitz/berkanau was very profound. Our tour manager Patryk P. Was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Poland, as he has lived through some of the many changes. I have travelled Collette before and it has been my experience that that the tour manager has always made the experience more than I expected. - MMaria· September 25th, 2025Hello, when we planned this trip, we were filled with joy at the opportunity to visit the sites where the Virgin Mary appeared, with a great eagerness to learn more about this special place and to delve deeper. We went with an open heart, ready to spiritually enrich ourselves through a positive experience. However, that was not the case. Unfortunately, the person assigned as our guide was very disorganized, lacked sufficient knowledge about the places to be visited, communicated poorly, and had a negative and rude attitude. Some of the locations listed in the itinerary were not visited. It saddens us that a trip was offered that did not come to fruition. I hope improvements are made so that future travelers do not return with the same impression.Thank you.Show more
