Thank you Trudy so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed Morocco incredible diversity and that you felt well taken care of by your driver, your kind words about him mean a lot. We’re truly sorry, however, that your experience did not fully match your expectations regarding the English-speaking guide. We understand how important it is to have clear communication and cultural insights during long travel days, and we regret that this impacted your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are already working on ensuring better alignment between what is advertised and what is delivered. We also appreciate your note about the itinerary. Morocco has so much to offer, and fitting everything into a limited timeframe can indeed feel overwhelming. We will review how we present our schedules to better set expectations and help future travelers plan at a more comfortable pace. On a positive note, we’re happy that our team’s responsiveness and communication made a difference during your trip, that’s something we strive to maintain. Thank you again for your honest review. We truly value your input and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your 6 days private trip through Morocco, from Casablanca to Marrakech via Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, the Sahara, and Skoura, was such a rich and well-organized experience. It’s wonderful that Abdo resolved the hotel booking mix-up quickly, giving you confidence from the start. Hassan clearly made a huge difference, being considerate, accommodating, and attentive to your needs — from adjusting the desert drive to allowing extra photo stops, to checking in about activities. We’re delighted you enjoyed your stays, from the Royal Mansour and desert camp to Riad Kniza, and that activities like the camel trek, cooking class, and hot air balloon ride added memorable touches. Your feedback highlights exactly the kind of seamless, immersive Moroccan experience we aim to provide. Thank you for sharing, and we’d love to welcome you back for another adventure!

    Asked on March 8th, 2026

I would like to spend 2 additional days in Marakesh at the end of the tour at the same Riad if possible, I can take the train to Casablanca when I need to depart. Is that possible? I may not be able to take part in the camel ride due to a back ailment, with the long driving days, It may not be advised. Is there another mode of transportation offered to get me to camp? Is that an additional cost? Would I be sharing a room in the desert camp? Why is the tour on the 8th a reduced price then all the other dates in March and April?

Yes, it is absolutely possible to stay two additional nights in Marrakech at the end of the tour. We will do our best to reserve these nights in the same Riad, depending on availability. We can transfert by 4x4 Marrakech to Casablanca.

We completely understand your concern regarding the camel ride. If you prefer not to ride the camel due to your back condition, its ok.

At the desert camp, you will have a private tent, so you will not be sharing the room with other travelers.

The departure on April 8 is offered at a special promotional price, which is why it appears lower than other dates in March and April.

The departure and return times to Casablanca can be adjusted according to your flight schedule. Since your flight arrives in mid-morning and departs in the afternoon, we can plan the itinerary to match these times and ensure a smooth start and end to your tour. If you would like a more relaxed experience, it is also possible to add extra days to the tour. We usually recommend adding one additional Night in Fes for a more comfortable and enjoyable visit.

If we extend our trip by one day is it possible to get picked up and dropped off at the airport on these days? Then we don't have to worry about booking anything accommodations for the extra day elsewhere- if we do book an extra day how much does the cost increase per person just so I have a rough idea about the total cost to expect with the addition.

For the additional day, what is recommended to add or change to the itinerary? I know you mentioned additional time in Fez, is there other options that you recommend?

For Marrakech is there typically enough time to see the highlights of Marrakech with the allotted time that is scheduled or do you recommend more time in Marrakesh?

As you have only 6 nights in Morocco and would like to visit Marrakech, it would be better to follow the proposed itinerary rather than adding an extra night in Fes. This will allow you to enjoy the journey at a comfortable pace, without long or rushed days.

Please note that on the first day, you will have approximately 5 hours of driving from Casablanca to Chefchaouen.

On the last day of the tour, you will arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. If your international flight departs from Casablanca, please note that the drive from Marrakech to Casablanca Airport takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes. If you wish, we can arrange this transfer for you.

We can also organize the accommodation for night 6 in Marrakech, according to your preference.

The cost for one extra night in Marrakech, including transfers, is USD 65 per person.

In your professional opinion where do you think we should have the extra day? Considering our flight arrival and departure times/dates - what do you recommend/think could use more time to explore?

    • Explore Adventures MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

In my professional opinion, based on your flight arrival and departure times, I would recommend the extra day in Marrakech.

Marrakech offers a great deal to explore, and an additional day allows more time to fully experience the medina, souks, historical sites, and the overall atmosphere without feeling rushed.

After the city tour in Marrakech, you will be transferred directly to the airport Casablanca.

The cost for adding this extra day in Marrakech would be 65 USD per person.

Am I able to book for the 3 confirmed participants now, and if the others decide to join, would it be possible to add them to our reservation at a later time?

As well if we have others decide to come and add them later, will we be able to adjust our room accommodations?

    • Explore Adventures MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

Yes, it's absolutely possible. You can book now for the 3 confirmed participants, and if the other couple decides to join later, we can add them to the reservation, we can also adjust the room arrangements. If the other participants decide to join the tour on the same dates, we can organize the rooms so that everyone travels together comfortably.

Is there a way to start and end the tour in Marrakesh? Or do we need to take the train to Casablanca?

We would love to actually see the apes. Is there a sanctuary or somewhere we could visit?

    • Explore Adventures MoroccoOperatorWritten December 2025

Yes, absolutely . You can start and end the tour in Marrakech, there is no need to take the train to Casablanca. We can arrange the full itinerary with Marrakech as both the arrival and departure point, including airport transfers.

    • Explore Adventures MoroccoOperatorWritten December 2025

Regarding the apes, Morocco is home to the Barbary macaques, and you can see them in their natural habitat in the Middle Atlas Mountains, especially around the Azrou and Cedar Forest area. This can be included in your tour, and it's a wonderful, ethical way to observe them in the wild rather than in captivity.

I'm nervous to book it because it says Casablanca to Casablanca and we had discussed that you cold do Marrakech to Marrakech.

    • Explore Adventures MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

Starting the tour from Marrakech is possible, however please note that it involves a long driving day (around 7 hours, and longer with sightseeing stops).

For your comfort and to avoid a tiring day, we highly recommend adding extra day to the itinerary. This allows for more relaxed travel, better pacing, and time to enjoy the stops along the way.

We are very flexible and happy to adjust the program to ensure the tour is comfortable and enjoyable for you.
