On the tour, specifically in Amsterdam, with the bus stop at the sites, windmills and other areas so people can get off and take pictures or is all from the bus?

The visit to Amsterdam does include stops where you can get off the bus, walk around, and take pictures. It's not just panoramic from the bus. In Amsterdam you will get off the bus multiple times to enjoy the sites. This includes Zaanse Schans (Windmills & Traditional Village) where you can walk through the area, see windmills up close, and take pictures. There's also a walking tour through Amsterdam city center including Dam Square, and some free time to explore.
