Day 1
Kigali to Bwindi
Your driver picks you up from the airport and takes you through Kigali for a city tour, including time at the Genocide Memorial. From there, you'll head out on a scenic drive to Bwindi, which takes a few hours. After you arrive, dinner's waiting at your accommodation before settling in for the night.

Bwindi
Start the morning with coffee and a briefing about what to expect. Then you're off into the jungle for a trek where you'll track mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. Lunch happens during the trek, and by afternoon you'll head back to Kigali for your airport drop-off.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 31st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 31st, 2026, a minimum payment of 60% is required to confirm your booking with Rwanda Eco Company and Safaris . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Rwanda Eco Company and Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
