This is mentioned in the section on what is included in the itinerary. Carrasco International Airport is the name of the international airport in Montevideo. It is the main international airport of Uruguay. It is the country's largest airport and is located in the Carrasco neighborhood of Montevideo.

  What transportation is used to get from one place to the other places. Also is there a shuttle or train from Montevideo airport to Buenos Aires. I also saw a tour that was priced under $500 for three nights. What is the difference between these two tours.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
