For arrival time to starting the tour, we strongly suggest arranging flight with arrival time between 11am - 1pm at Labuan Bajo airport.

If you arrive at 09:05, we're delighted to let you know that we can begin the tour as planned, as long as you arrive before lunch. If you arrive after lunch, we might not have enough time to follow the scheduled program. As an alternate option, you could arrive a day earlier, and we can arrange pre-tour accommodation as an add-on. This would allow us to start the tour early at 8 AM, giving you even more time to enjoy the activities!

3-Day Flores Tour Review – Disappointed with Accommodation This was not the trip I originally booked. I had paid for a 3D/2N liveaboard experience with specific inclusions, and while the itinerary was somewhat similar, the accommodation and overall living situation were not as promised. I didn’t raise the issue with the operator right away, hoping things might improve—but unfortunately, they didn’t. The hotel I was placed in was quite disappointing, aside from the view. I paid out of pocket to upgrade for one night, but had to return to the original room afterward, which was dingy and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and even my mobile data was useless in the interior room. The walls had chipped paint, the shampoo dispenser was missing in the shower, and there was no curtain or glass partition—so the entire bathroom would get soaked after a shower, adding to the discomfort. Additionally, I had paid extra for solo accommodations on the liveaboard, which I never received, and that amount was not refunded despite the change in plans. On a positive note, the tour guide and driver were amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The destination itself was beautiful, but the experience was let down by the accommodation issues and lack of transparency.Show more

  If you're unable to find a later flight, a morning departure on March 15th can still work — especially after the sunrise activity — though it may require a slightly tighter schedule. However, for greater comfort and flexibility, we do recommend booking a flight after 3:00 PM, which allows a more relaxed pace in the morning and ensures a smoother transition to the airport.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with The Bali Trip Mate. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Bali Trip Mate will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
