Dear Mr. Roseman, Thank you so much for updating your review and for your kind words about Erika, our guides, and drivers. We’re truly happy to hear that their knowledge, warmth, and attention made your journey special. We completely understand your comment regarding the weather and the hotel heating. Unfortunately, the Baltic climate can sometimes be unpredictable, and as is standard practice across Europe, hotel radiators are generally switched off during the summer season. We are, however, sorry that this caused you some discomfort. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad that many aspects of the tour met – and even exceeded – your expectations. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back one day, so that you can experience the Baltics in all their variety.
