Our contact through the tourradar site regarding pre and post accommadation has been confusing and seemingly very poor value for money, being quoted as a per person price for a shared room. We'd like a senior person look into this, at this stage we are very disappointed.

The pre-night at Scandic Copnehagen (same as first night of the main tour) and post night Hotel C Stockholm (same one as last night of the main tour) we can offer a discount of up to 158€ per person. We normally Quoted per person not per room. Also I would like to know would you stay in Double room or Twin Room?

Where does the cruise part start and end?

Can you accommodate a 40 pound mobility scooter that folds up that we can load and unload? Any problems with that on the Treasures of Scandinavia 10 day cruise.

Do you have any picture of the scooter? Is it a serious mobility issue? It will be tricky. They need to be able to fold it and put it on the bus on their own. They are also going to be in trains, ferries, and walking guided tours which they will need to follow. It is a long tour. How about choosing Magic of the Fjords which is shorter and only with train and ferry? Let's examine if it is possible, but i would need to understand better their needs.
