First, Sabrina, our main tour operator, was incredible. She was so organized and kept track of all participants. At times people were going different places, and she had to take care of so many details. She was quite knowledgeable of all places visited. I hope she has paid what she is worth. The tour was good because of all the places visited. For me it was stressful at times, and I felt rushed at some of our stops. For example, the day we traveled from Rome to Venice was difficult because we had too little time at too many stops. At Assisi and Siena we had just enough time to walk up the hill to see the church and then it was time to get back to the bus. I think it would have been better to spend more time at these towns and bypass Bologna. The other criticism I have is that the final written itinerary was inconsistent with previous versions. Very good overall. Except that I paid on September 30, 2 tickets for Balloon Ride = 610 Euros; and 2 tickets for Turkish Dinner = 140 Euros, Total = 750 Euros; to be held on October 01. The Turkish Dinner did take place, but the Balloon Ride, leaving the Hotel 5 minutes away, we were returned due to the suspension of the same, because of bad weather conditions? Mr. Tolga, the Group Guide, told us on October 2nd, that we would be refunded 610 Euros directly to my credit card, from where the payment was made? As of today 25.Oct.2025, on My Credit Card, there is only a Pending Charge for 750 Euros = 16,221.29 Mexican Pesos (30.Sep.2021). THE BALLOON RIDE PAYMENT, WHICH DID NOT TAKE PLACE DUE TO BAD WEATHER, FOR 610 EUROS = 13,193.31 MEXICAN PESOS, HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD. THANK YOU. ,Show more
