First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your trip. We truly regret that certain aspects of the journey did not meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing the situation regarding your transfer in Mexico City, we confirmed that there was a communication error with the transfer company concerning the scheduled pick-up time. Unfortunately, this resulted in your late transfer to the bus station and the need to arrange new bus tickets upon arrival. We also deeply regret that you had to organize your own transfer to the hotel, and we fully understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must have been for you. In light of these circumstances, we have already contacted your booking agent in order to coordinate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your comments about our tour guide, Elba, we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback has been forwarded to the corresponding department so that corrective measures and additional guidance can be implemented. Our goal is always to ensure that communication during our tours is engaging, balanced, and enjoyable for all passengers.
