Itinerary
- Day 1
Lisbon to Fatima
You'll start with a pick-up in Lisbon and drive through windmills and orchards to reach Óbidos, a medieval walled town that's worth exploring on foot. After that, head to Alcobça to see Portugal's largest Gothic church, then continue to Nazaré where you can walk through this fishing village and see what life is like by the water. Later, you'll visit the Monastery of Santa Maria da Vitória in Batalha before arriving in Fatima for the evening, where you have the option to join the Candlelight Procession.

- Day 2
Fatima to Porto via Coimbra and Aveiro
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Coimbra to walk through the prestigious University, including its Baroque library, and learn about the local traditions. Stop by the Church of St. Clara and look at local ceramics before heading to Aveiro, known as the 'Venice of Portugal'. There you'll see the elegant moliceiro boats and can try traditional ovos moles. From there, you'll drive to Porto and check into your hotel by evening.

- Day 3
Guimarães - Braga - Porto
After breakfast, you'll spend time in Porto exploring this UNESCO World Heritage city and seeing the riverside areas and Port wine culture. Then you'll drive to the Minho region and visit Guimarães, birthplace of Portugal, where you can walk the medieval streets, climb Sacred Hill, see the ancient Castle, and tour the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança. Next is Braga, called the 'Portuguese Rome', where you'll visit the country's oldest Cathedral and see the Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary with its famous Baroque stairway. You'll return to Porto to finish your day.

- Day 4
Porto
This day is yours to spend however you like in Porto. You can wander through the historic streets at your own pace, visit landmarks that interest you, and try local restaurants or cafés. It's a good chance to get a feel for the city without a set schedule.

- Day 5
Porto to Tabua via Amarante, Vila Real, and Douro Valley
After breakfast, you'll head to Amarante to see the monastery of São Gonçalo by the river and check out the local market. You'll continue to Vila Real to walk through the gardens of Mateus Manor, then drive into the Port wine region through the Douro Valley vineyards. Stop in Lamego to see the Baroque staircase at N.S. Remédios sanctuary, then drive to Viseu, which sits in the heart of the Dao vineyards, to explore its historic center and see the ancient stone-carved coats of arms on buildings. You'll arrive in Tabua later that day.

Tabua to Lisbon via Buçaco and Tomar
After breakfast, you'll go to Buçaco to walk through its lush forest filled with rare and exotic trees and plants. Then head to Tomar, a city connected to the Order of the Templars, to tour the Convent of Christ, a UNESCO World Heritage site with different architectural styles mixed together. From there, you'll drive to Lisbon where your tour ends.
