What month would you consider to be the most ideal please.

We are not sure what month to make this trip. Can you tell us the average temperature and humidity for September, compared to earlier in the year, say February/March/April.

  September in Borneo often sees average temperatures ranging from 24°C to 32°C (75°F to 90°F), with moderate to high humidity levels. Compared to earlier months like February, March, and April, the temperatures are quite similar, typically ranging from 23°C to 31°C (73°F to 88°F) during those months as well. However, Borneo experiences a bit more rainfall towards the later part of the year, including September.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Contiki. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Contiki will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
