I host a "travel with me" group to Iceland every year and am looking for a new supplier. Is it possible to white label the tour? Also at the geothermal tomato farm, can we actually sit and enjoy lunch?

Can you explain how you would like to "white label" the tour? If you book out any of our departures we can make small changes such as stopping for long enough to eat at Fri\u00f0heimar, the tomato farm.

Which time is the suitable for us to arrive to iceland?

Day 1. of this tour is arrival day so there are no activities included. You can therefore arrive whenever works the best for you on day 1.

Is it possible to white label this tour and bring a group under my travel agency? My old DMC failed me and your reviews are tremendously good.

Am I understanding correctly that you would like to book a private 12 pax group with this Itinerary on the 21 February 2027 and would like to use your Agency name? The hotel in Reykjavík is Reykjavík Lights Hotel. Yes, you can book a shared or private airport transfer with return in the booking process.

I plan on proposing to my long-time girlfriend on this tour, hopefully under the Northern Lights, and I was hoping I could get some help with planning it out - I mean, I'm not really sure what I'm doing so... has anyone ever made a similar request?

We would love to help you make this trip the most memorable for you and your girlfriend. We have not had this request before, but please tell us what you have in mind and we will see if we can accommodate that.

What's included in day 1? It looks as if the tour actually starts on day 2, ending on day 4. Day 1 and 5 there are no programmed activities.

Day 1 and day 5 are arrival and departure day. So there are no tours on these days, but the hotel nights are included.

I need to reserve flights for this tour. Are there 2 spots available for the feb 1st thru thd feb 5th

We do have availability on our 5-Day Northern Lights Hunt & Glacier Lagoon Tour starting on February 1st 2026. The tour includes 4 nights accommodation and guided tour on day 2,3 & 4. Flights are not included and have to be booked by client. Day 1 and 5 are arrival and departure day, which means that there are no activities included on those days and you can therefor book your flights whenever suites you on those days.

I would like to the the 5 day northern lights tour. Can you let me know the name of the hotel so I can book these two additional nights, or if you could book for me that would be great? What do I need to do to book the hotel? I would like to stay in the same hotel throughout the entire stay in iceland. May arrival time is quite late 9:45pm, I need to make sure that I have transportation to the hotel, I will the airport transfer bus to my tour reservation but are these buses running that late? Do you pick up also?

We can not guarantee availability for a hotel room with this little time in advance. But if there is availability at the hotel it is no problem to book extra nights at the hotel through us. The total price for both a pre and post night in a single room would be 306 EUR. Yes, the Flybus airport transfer will still be operating at the time of your flights arrival. You can book airport transfer with return and then get picked up at your hotel and dropped off at KEF for your departure.

how large is the group?

The maximum number of passengers is 25 people. However on average there is usually around 17 people in the tour.

Should I go to RKV airport first or do KEF for arrival and departure

Our International Airport is the KEF - Keflávík airport one. So you would most likely be flying into that one.

Firstly, I must compliment your excellent communication with all my queries prior to the tour, and I had many ! The actual itinerary was also excellent however we considered it really is a 3 day tour, not 5. A suggestion would be to have a meet and greet the night before the tour (which is called day 1) so that you could introduce yourselves to the other travellers. I must say it’s the only tour I’ve ever been on and I could not tell you even one persons name at the end. Although the driver/tour guide was knowledgeable, there was little interaction with the travellers and no encouragement for people to interact with each other which was slightly disappointing. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the Snaeland Travel were easy to deal with.Show more

  The main goal of the trip is to propose under the Northern Lights. However, I know that a Northern Lights viewing is not guaranteed, so I will put a backup plan in place. It would be ideal if it could be a private tour, I mean, just the two of us, but I know that this particular tour is a group tour, so I don't know if that is possible? Otherwise, just making the moment private in some way would be great, maybe pulling us two away from the rest of the group at some point during the Northern Lights part of the tour to "discuss something."

  It is not possible to have a private Northern Lights tour for just the two of you, since this is a group tour. The guide is able to help make this a bit more personal by pulling you two a bit away from the group, but he will of course have to keep in mind that this is a group tour. We could check with the hotel if they could prepare a small "congratulation on your engagement welcoming" in your hotel room, free of charge, when you come back from the Northern Lights tour.

  We can certainly add an additional night in Reykjavík. The price for an extra night is: 85 EUR per person per night in a double room, 153 EUR per person per night in a single room. You can either add this in the booking stage along with any other optional activities you might wish to add. Or we can add this to the quote once you have made the booking.
