It was an amazing cultural journey, and the hotel accommodations were excellent—including a private pool villa in Phuket. Our travel agent, Amber, was fantastic. She quickly arranged everything, suggested the best flights, and made sure all the tour activities matched our preferences. We did run into a small issue at the last hotel, but she resolved it within an hour by upgrading us to a five-star beachfront resort in Phuket.
