- Day 1
Ciudad Juárez
You'll arrive in Ciudad Juárez and get settled into your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to spend however you'd like. Take time to rest from traveling, or if you're feeling up for it, walk around and get a feel for the city on your own terms.

Ciudad Juárez to Casas Grandes
Once you've had breakfast, you're heading out to see the Samalayuca Sand Dunes, which sits about 50 kilometers from Ciudad Juárez in a protected natural area. The desert landscape there is quite something, and you have the option to try sandboarding or bubble soccer if that interests you. From there, you'll continue on to Casas Grandes, check into your hotel, and spend the night.

Casas Grandes
After breakfast, the day is focused on archaeology. You'll visit Paquimé, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of northern Mexico's most significant archaeological zones, where the multi-story adobe buildings are really the main draw. You'll also check out Cueva de la Olla, a natural cave that contains a rounded granary structure. Where you stay that night depends on what time your return flight is scheduled.

Casas Grandes to Ciudad Juárez
Following breakfast, you'll head to Ciudad Juárez Airport for your return flight at the scheduled time. This marks the end of the tour services.
