- Day 1
Istanbul
You'll arrive in Istanbul and get a transfer to your hotel. After checking in, there's a quick welcome meeting with your guide to go over the trip. The rest of the evening is open, so you can either relax at the hotel or head out and get a feel for the city.

- Day 2
Istanbul
Start the day at Hagia Sophia, the 6th-century Byzantine structure that's been used as both a church and mosque. From there, walk through the Hippodrome, which was once the center of Constantinople's social and sporting life. You'll then check out the Blue Mosque with its distinctive blue tilework. Later, spend time wandering through the Grand Bazaar with its thousands of shops. An optional dinner show is available if you want something special in the evening.

Istanbul to Canakkale
After breakfast, you'll travel to Gallipoli to visit the First World War battle sites. Walk through ANZAC Cove and Lone Pine Cemetery to pay your respects, then head to Chunuk Bair for views and reflection on the region's history. In the evening, you'll arrive in Canakkale for the night.

- Day 4
Canakkale to Izmir
You'll start at Troy to see the famous wooden horse replica and explore the different archaeological layers of ancient cities stacked on top of each other. Later, you'll have traditional lunch with local people in a village setting. After that, the tour stops at Asklepion in Pergamum, an ancient medical center. You'll finish the day in Izmir for an overnight stay.

- Day 5
Izmir
This day is yours to use as you like in Izmir. If you want, join an optional tour of the Ephesus ruins where you can walk the 2,000-year-old marble streets and see the ancient theatre and Library of Celsus. The House of the Virgin Mary, an important Catholic site, is also included. You'll visit a rug production center to see local artisans at work. The evening is free to do what you'd like.

Izmir to Pamukkale
Begin with a look at Turkish leather fashion and craftsmanship at a showroom. Then head to Pamukkale, where you'll see the white travertine terraces created by thermal springs. You can also explore Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site with well-preserved ruins from an ancient spa city. Dinner and overnight stay are in the area.

- Day 7
Pamukkale to Fethiye
You'll drive to Fethiye on the coast. After arriving, take a walking tour that includes the Telmessos Ancient Theatre and the busy Fish Market where local life unfolds daily. End the day with dinner and settle in for the night in Fethiye.

Fethiye
Today is free for you to relax and explore Fethiye at your own pace. If you're interested, an optional boat cruise along the turquoise coast is available, with stops to swim at quiet bays and small islands.

Fethiye to Antalya
You'll head to Antalya and get a walking tour of the old town center. There's plenty of history to take in and the atmosphere is vibrant with local activity. Dinner is included tonight.

Antalya
The day is yours in Antalya to do as you like. There's an optional paid tour available to Perge and Aspendos if you're interested in more ancient ruins. In the afternoon, explore on your own or just relax. Everyone gathers back at the hotel for dinner to finish the day.

Antalya to Cappadocia
You'll leave early after breakfast and travel toward Cappadocia. On the way, stop at a 13th-century Caravanserai, a traditional inn from the Silk Road trade routes, then explore the underground city of Saratli. By evening, you'll check into one of Cappadocia's cave hotels, restored from structures that are thousands of years old. Dinner is at the hotel for a two-night stay.

Cappadocia
If you're interested, start early with an optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise, floating above the volcanic valleys, fairy chimneys, and ancient caves. Later in the day, join an optional tour of Göreme Open-Air Museum, the pottery town of Avanos, Devrent Valley with its unusual rock formations, and the Red Valley where you can try pottery making. Dinner is at the hotel, and a Whirling Dervishes ceremony is available if you want to attend.

After breakfast, you'll travel to Ankara, Turkey's capital, passing through the scenic Salt Lake region along the way. Once you arrive, visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk to learn about the founder of modern Turkey and his importance to the nation's history.

Ankara to Istanbul
You'll travel back to Istanbul after breakfast. In the afternoon, there's an optional paid cruise on the Bosphorus to see the strait that separates Asia and Europe, with views of neighborhoods, Ottoman palaces, fortresses, and traditional villas. Before dinner, stop at the Spice Market for any last-minute shopping. The evening wraps up with a farewell dinner celebrating your trip.
