  The sites and tour was as planned. The tour guides did an excellent job of explaining and giving information. We had a nice group of people on the tour with no conflicts. Hotels were all up to par , clean and organized with very nice breakfast buffets. As expected there were crowds in the mornings of the other bus tours . The tour did not depart exactly on time. We had multiple, good !, guides but it would have been nice to have fewer exchanges. Wednesday, in Seville, seemed to have a lot of schedule uncertainties - due to multiple groups coalescing? Overall, my granddaughter and I had a great time - and she recommends it as well :)Show more

  The itinerary, guides, destinations and free time were generally good. However, some organisational aspects were poor. The morning of the departure from the first hotel was a complete crush, as many different tours were all leaving at the same time, forcing many to miss breakfast. We were then shoehorned into a small shuttle bus for a five hour drive, the bus eventually running into mechanical problems, and crawling up the Sierra Nevada at low speed in the emergency lane. On the final day, the promised transfer back to the hotel was simply not provided, forcing tour members to make their own way back in 40 degree heat. Overall, 6/10.Show more

We regret to hear about your experience about the organization of the breakfast in the hotel in the first day of your tour, the hotel usually open their buffet from 06:30 am and sometimes 06:00 am to give enough time to the passengers to have their breakfast prior their departure, We acknowledge that during the high season, due to the high numbers of the passengers, there could be some sort of discomfort for some passengers to organize their plans as they wish and we apologize for the inconvenience that it has caused you. The comfort features are standard within the patterns of tourist coaches: panoramic windows, air conditioning, DVD, public address system, reclining seats, individual lights, armrests, and overhead racks, among others, In rare occasions, Technical flaws can occur, our drivers and our technical teams do their best to resolve such issues by either repairing the bus or substituting the vehicle, Please accept our sincere apologize for the discomfort that the incident caused during your tour. Also, please note that based on the information outlined in your itinerary, You have free time in the afternoon in the last day of your tour and Europamundo does not provide a transfer back to the hotel when it is not mentioned on your itinerary.   The last hotel in Seville (the Yit) did not meet our expectations. We waited for the elevators for up to 20 minutes, being on the 13 floor walking the stairs with luggage is not much of an option. Eating breakfast was like a school yard fight, and the lighting in our hall way was flicking off every 20 seconds during our 20 minute wait for the elevator (maybe the can set their timers to 15 minutes) it was a potential safety hazard as the hallway was very dark till you triggered the motion detector. In general it was a good trip, a suggestion is to post the tour guides name in the prior evening as to avoid the morning confusion (exasperated by trying to get out of a hectic breakfast and moving luggage with inefficient elevators) The actual tour guides were both nice and knowledgeable, suggestions like the river park in Madrid and the restaurant suggestion’s in Seville really added to our experience.Show more
