All our passengers receive access to their personal My Trip link before traveling. This platform contains all the updated information related to the journey: confirmed hotels, the full itinerary, recommendations on where to eat, tips on what to do in each city, and other useful details. We can confirm that you had access to My Trip before your departure, and it is important to review it carefully as it is the main tool for planning and anticipating all aspects of the tour. Regarding the guides, our tours are multilingual and it is always indicated before purchase that different guides may accompany the group in different sections of the route. They provide the meeting points and assistance, but it is essential that passengers remain attentive to their instructions in order to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary. As for the hotels, we understand that your main concern is that some were not located in the city center. This point is always informed before booking. Due to the logistics of long tours, our hotels are sometimes on the periphery, but they always guarantee quality service and have access to public transport to reach the center conveniently. Optional excursions are, as the name suggests, optional. Prices reflect not only the activity itself but also the service, transportation, and accompaniment provided, which differ from what can be arranged independently. We regret that your perception of the trip was not positive. Instead, they provide standard rooms based on twins or double beds with an extra bed, which may be a camp-bed style or a sofa-bed. Triple rooms on cruises typically consist of two twin beds and one bunk bed. We do not recommend a triple room unless you are traveling with children as conditions may often be cramped. Most hotels in Europe do not accept more than three people, including minors, per room. If you are traveling in a family of four with children under three, you may consider booking two bedrooms. There is a limited number of triple bedrooms in each hotel, and on some exceptional occasions, it may be necessary to use a double and a single room instead. Booking a triple room implies acceptance of these conditions. The programs based in the United States and Canada offer differentiated prices in triple and quadruple rooms, which are indicated trip by trip, usually being two queen-size bedrooms.     Are all the entrance fees to the sites included in the price? Are all the transportation from Barcelona and back to Barcelona included in the price? Does our Barcelona hotel have complementary shuttle service to and from the airport? What tips are we expected to pay and how much is suggested for each? Can money be easily exchanged along the tour? Do you have departures in April 2026 or May 2026?

      Europamundo General Services include travel by bus with English speaking guide, basic travel insurance, hotel and breakfast buffet. Arrival transfer is included. Multiple site entrance fees are included like Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid, Alhambra Palace, Bahia Palace in Marrakech. Yes, Barcelona hotel has airport shuttle. Tips of 3 to 7 dollars per day are suggested. For cash, bring local currency as not all places accept credit cards.

    • For any tour departing before June 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
