  I went on tour so I wouldn’t have to think and plan and, as a solo traveller, meet a great bunch of new people. With this tour, in 7 days I had 3 tour leaders, the bus was bilingual so I didn’t even know who spoke English and 80% of the time we were left to our own devices. The hotels were way out of centre so once you went back to the hotel, you were stuck. Often there wasn’t even a restaurant nearby for dinner. This sort of your May suit others but it didn’t suit me and I would never do one of their tours again.Show more

  Positives : 1. Tour that I opted is really exciting as it covered lot of important places of Historical importance and iterinery is above expectations. 2. Tour guides are co operative but they are bound to europamundo policies . Driver is very good Negatives : 1. Hotels are below mark and not par with our expectations and Lifts are not working in One of the hotels, and most of the breakfast are below average. You have taken more from us and gave low cost hotels. 2.Airport to Hotel transfer was cancelled only because of my flight schedule was just before the tour starting day, My transfer refused where as some of my colleagues got the transfer when they booked through other sites than tour radar /Europa mundo. Closure day of the tour day ie 22nd Morning the airport transfer not given. 3. I WONT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THROUGH TOUR RADAR / EUROPAMUNDO AS THEIR SERVICE STANDARD SEEMS NOT UPTO THE MONEY !Show more

  We booked and paid for the tour of St Paul’s cathedral in Rome through your company only to discover on the day that the tour was cancelled because they needed at least 15 people in the group. The tour guide was very apologetic and refunded our money but that day was the only day that we could get a chance to go there. Very disappointing. At least half of the hotels that we stayed in were around a 2-3 star rating. Some were very good. Most days we didn’t get to our accommodation until after 8pm. All of our guides and bus drivers were very good. We had problems with some of the group always arriving late and holding up the bus which gives the rest of the group less time to explore each place that we visited.Show more

  The bus journeys could be better planned as too much time was spent traveling between the places of interest in dated coaches with leather seating unsuitable for the long journeys. The hotels were mainly of poor quality with no evening entertainment to wind down after the long days of site seeing which would have given people on the journey a chance to bond. The breakfasts were limited and most of the hot meals provided by the hotels were of poor quality and usually cold with only a couple of exceptions. The only saving grace was the tour guide who's endeavour to teach about the history of the places visited warranted any praise of the tour. All in all, this was a holiday to forget and has put me off this type of holiday for the foreseeable future.Show more

Europamundo offers a free Wi-Fi service (30mb/day/device) that may not be available in some countries and coach units. Our buses are not equipped with ramps for wheelchairs. The seats of our coaches are standard. Europamundo does not reserve seats or establish any seating rotation system.   We are with Discovery Italy from July 28 to Aug 6 tour group. Europamundo tour guide, Patricia is very irresponsible, and unprofessional, and gave us no information about the trip. She came always late and she left people behind with no help. What do if something happen to us? She is your liability. At first, we all thought this is how Europamundo and Italy Tour operate. But much more like the guide. The first day, was the same. She left the other family. The worst thing is she showed up one hour late. But, Mercia , our new guide is really good, very professional, and professional. I am really impressed with her and your company because of her. She left us in the middle of nowhere because we are 2 mins late in the restroom without any warning and the time set to come back. There is no Taxi to take, no money, no passport either. The worst thing is my friend couple from Morocco told her that we are coming and she just left knowingly. I called my other friend and she gave her the phone. Patricia refused to take the call. No plan of helping either. She did not take emergency call from your company either. That is very rude and cruel. What are you gonna do if something happens to us? She is your liability. I sent email to customer service on Aug 2nd and no reply till today, 08/10/23.Show more

Having conducted a comprehensive review of this incident, we have determined that, the issue stemmed from a breakdown in collaboration with the guide. It's important to understand that our guides are instructed to diligently adhere to the itinerary's timeline to ensure the successful execution of all outlined activities. The working hours of our bus drivers are constrained by safety regulations. Should they surpass their allocated hours, as recorded in the tachograph, they are obliged to halt the bus. This can result in significant disruptions to the entire group. Our guides make it a point to emphasize punctuality to all passengers. In cases of delays, guides make earnest efforts to contact affected passengers. However, if passengers are unable to reach the meeting point on time, guides are compelled to proceed to prevent exceeding the maximum driving hours and to fulfill the timeline and activities of the itinerary. Notably, in Florence, due to past occurrences of delays among passengers, and in the unfortunate event that you did not arrive on time and were unreachable, the guide had to make the decision to continue with the tour and proceed with passengers who had adhered to the schedule. This was done to ensure there was ample time to complete the remaining activities. Despite this, For your utmost convenience, we were able to organize a second bus pickup for you with another group to facilitate your arrival in Florence. Punctuality stands as a vital aspect of group travel, ensuring a seamless flow of the tour. We wholeheartedly apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.
