Dear Odi, Thank you very much for sharing your comments with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the itinerary, the places visited, and the included experiences such as the castles, boat ride, and waterfalls. We’re also pleased that you found the logistics well organized and appreciated the presence of English-speaking guides. Regarding your suggestions, please allow us to clarify a few points: At Europamundo, we believe travel is a right and a joy that should be accessible to everyone — including families traveling with children. Our tours are open to all ages, and we do our best to create a comfortable environment for all passengers. As for the changes of guides and buses, these are part of our operational logistics and are always communicated prior to booking. Similarly, while we aim to provide the best comfort possible, Wi-Fi on buses is not included in our services, and its availability may vary depending on the vehicle. With respect to your comment about guides smoking, we have consulted with our team and have been assured that any smoking took place only during their personal breaks, never during guided visits or while interacting with passengers. Regarding the sightseeing time in certain cities, our itineraries are published in detail before purchase, and while we try to maximize time at each stop, adjustments may be necessary depending on conditions and timing. Still, we sincerely appreciate all your observations — they are very helpful and will be shared with our internal teams for future consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on another unforgettable journey with us. Warm regards, Europamundo team
