Good morning, Thank you very much for sending us the passengers' comments, which are always well received, as our goal is for all passengers to feel listened to and satisfied. We have investigated the aspects you mention, and we would like to explain to you that our tours are English, Spanish, and Portuguese speaking so our passengers are always Hispanic, American or Portuguese. This means that there is a variety of language and culture on our circuits, and this is something that we cannot control. Unfortunately, this passenger has been on the tour where there are more Hispanics than other nationalities. In any case, that is what our guides are for, who are highly trained in the languages of English, Spanish and Portuguese so that in these cases they can provide the necessary support to the passengers and not feel separated from the group. Likewise, once again we thank you for sending us the passengers' comments that were sent to the corresponding department. We are in order Greetings, Europamundo team
