What a fantastic travel company Up Travel Vietnam is! Hannah went above and beyond for me. It's my first travel adventure since cancer treatment, and as a solo female traveller, there were a few issues that wouldn't normally happen, for most travellers. I didn't expect special treatment, I was expecting touss put on a few things, knowing I'd have to adjust my days as my body allowed. Not only did Hannah help me out, she went above and beyond to make sure I didn't miss out on anything. A fantastic company and I'm so glad I chose them. I also did a northern Vietnam tour with them, to Hanoi and SaPa and it was fantastic. The guides in SaPa, especially Somg, were brilliant! Don't worry about a thing, book with them and you'll be well looked after!Show more

My husband and I and my sister were on the 6 Day tour of Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang Vietnam in Jan 2026 and immediately after booking, Hannah contacted us on WhatsApp. Throughout the trip Hannah was very polite and pleasant to deal with. She provided us with important information and in timely manner so that we could navigate our way during the tours without any issues. She provided airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfers in detail, where to meet our pick up, what time, licence plate of the car, etc. She answered any questions we had almost immediately despite the difference in our time zones. Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Up Travel Vietnam. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
