How do we book Ice Explorer Glacier Tour on day 4 and the River Safari on day 5? Can we pay for these prior to our travelling?

I've gone through the local team to get availability on the Ice Explorer and will advise as soon as they respond regarding payments.

What are the luggage restrictions for the tour? Can you provide a pick-up from Surrey, and if so, what would be the cost? The traveller has travel sickness and would like to know if it's possible to reserve a front seat. Is the skywalk included in the tour? If not, can the traveller book it separately and pay the extra cost?

Luggage: 1 checked bag + 1 small day bag per person. Pickup: Tour leaves from downtown Vancouver, a pick up from Surrey is not possible. Front seat: This is on a first come first serve basis. Client can ask the tour guide to allow him to sit in the front due to travel sickness but there are no guarantees. Skywalk: Not included.

im interested to send my older parents on this tour. They can walk ok. They cannot hike as at times uneven ground could be hard for them. would this tour be suited for them?

I think this would be a fabulous tour for your parents. We rate it physically as "easy" and all hiking is optional. They do need to be able to walk at an average pace to keep up with the group, though - do you think this would be an issue?

I was glad I decided to go on a bus tour to the Rockies. I had an enjoyable time. The tour guide Chris, was energetic, funny, very accommodating, informative, communicates very well with all the changes and plans, that they made our tour go smoothly. Not to mention our driver, Bob. I felt very safe and relaxed that he is very focused on ensuring the bus runs safely, very comfortable with his driving, and have very sharp eyes spotting a bear for us!! The accommodation was very comfortable but would have preferred to have stayed at least two nights on every accommodation to have a look around. I know that some places were quiet but being able to appreciate the scenery and place would have been good. I was glad that breakfast was included in most of our stays, and would prefer it, than rather trying to find a place to have breakfast in an unfamiliar place in the morning, and possibly lunch and dinner if the place is too small to find somewhere to have a meal. I have enjoyed the tour group I was in, and have certainly made good friends. It was a very relaxed and friendly group, and everyone got on very well with each other.Show more

Alexis our tour guide has a wealth of knowledge on all the places visited. The driver Charles did an excellent job also. Scenery was breathtaking although there is a lot of forest. We did see a couple of small black bears but hard to spot. The accommodation was excellent although I would have liked a little more time at them to enjoy their facilities. The new bus was not at all comfortable as the seat belts dug into our hips and the air conditioner did not have air flow above you only a central air conditioner in the ceiling. The was no where to store your phone, camera, or drinks so they had to be in a bag at your feet or in overhead compartment. All in all we saw some amazing places and will cherish our memories forever.Show more
