After we arrive in Fes, we will stay a couple of nights. Is it possible to remove the accommodation of the riad in Fes from the itinerary, as we would like not to have to switch Riads while we are there?

Regarding your stay in Fes, please note that the third night in Fes is not included in the main package. We only mention it as an optional night, in case our clients request an extended stay. So if you are already planning to stay a couple of nights in Fes and prefer not to switch riads, that is absolutely fine. We can simply remove the optional riad from the itinerary and adjust the program accordingly. We can also suggest activities, guided tours, or experiences in Fes during your stay if you wish, just let us know your preferences.

We have two adults and were like to ensure we have separate beds. The online booking will not let me assign two adults to a twin room. What are our options to ensure separate beds? We are also interested in the upgraded accommodations, but again, would want to ensure we would have two separate beds. We are also interested in booking the hot air balloon. When in the tour is the hot air balloon? Lastly, is there a photographer available during the desert tour?

Regarding the room configuration: you can simply click on "Check availability", select your preferred date, and on the next page please select Double room. Both options have the same price, and we will note in our internal records that you require a twin room with two separate beds. We apologize if there is an error with the twin option online, but please rest assured that we will make sure you are accommodated in a twin room with two separate beds. If you would like to upgrade the accommodation, you may do so once the tour is confirmed. Kindly let us know what type of accommodation you would like to upgrade to, and we will inform you of the additional cost so you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the upgrade or not. The upgraded accommodation will also be arranged with separate beds. As for the "Upgrade to a Luxury Camp in the Sahara Desert", you can select this option directly from your side after clicking "Check availability". The same applies to the hot air balloon option, which can also be added from your side during the booking process. The hot air balloon experience can take place either before the tour begins or after the tour, depending on your schedule and availability. Regarding a photographer: we usually do not include a professional photographer throughout the entire tour, as having one accompany you for the full duration would be quite costly. However, our driver will be with you for the entire tour and will be happy to take photos of you whenever you like during the trip.

We were lucky enough to land him as our Guide-driver for a full five day tour and had the most incredible time. The accommodations were amazing, the food delicious, and the sights 100% worth seeing, however, I truly believe it is the people that stay with you forever.
